Terms of Use for the SUITS U GmbH ILIAS Test Installation

SUITS U GmbH provides interested customers with access to this ILIAS test installation upon request. Access is granted exclusively for joint evaluation, demonstration, and coordination in the context of workshops, tests, and presentations.

This test installation is not a production system. In particular, there is no entitlement to specific functions, availability, performance, permanent data storage, or an unchanged system status. Content, settings, and user accounts may be changed, reset, restricted, or deleted at any time.

Use is at your own responsibility. Users decide for themselves which data and content they enter into the test installation. No sensitive, confidential, or otherwise particularly protected data should be entered or uploaded.

Access credentials must be kept confidential and must not be shared with third parties. Use is permitted only within the agreed scope. In particular, the entry, storage, or distribution of unlawful, offensive, discriminatory, or technically disruptive content is prohibited.

SUITS U GmbH provides no warranty regarding the continuous availability, error-free operation, or suitability of the test installation for any particular purpose. To the extent permitted by law, liability for data loss, interruptions, or any other damage arising from the use of the test installation is excluded.

SUITS U GmbH may restrict, suspend, or delete access at any time without stating reasons.

Consent to these Terms of Use is a prerequisite for using the provided test installation.
